I need a show of hands. Please email, I'll take down your information. I am reviewing the costs and finding out what people are comfortable with paying for this. I've got a lot of information already about the harness builds.
There really isn't anything like this available out there because it's a nitch market, but this will be something I do on the side of my job on my own time.
These will be premade, no core exchange needed. If one if available - therefore no wait. Otherwise I will build one, and inform you when ready for sale. Also offering harness byback...for those extra harnesses or unused, little of desire, harnesses everybody has around. Probably $25 bucks a harness.
Still reviewing the process parts, resources for parts, build method, and hours involved. I already have some really cool ideas on it...however it will take me some time to make the first few harnesses and I have to purchase quite a bit (matter of $500) just to start his off - so I need a good idea of the demand.
Anyways, anybody interested let me know, and when I figure everything out I will let everyone know what it will run.

Wow... I thought about this after having a 3-day vacation this weekend.
Would one of the following:
1) splicing - 20-some splices estimated...and I'm looking at vinyl coating for insulation instead of heatshrink...but I need to esure longeavity of the coatings and flexibility. This also would lower the price quite a good bit. Maybe to $100.
2) complete rewire with new pins for every wire that changes - prefferred, but runs the harness up another $30 bucks...still affordable. Very smart idea...I'm looking into it further.
3) grounds up harness - a complete hybrid harness! This way I could do Si and DX harness - basically just a D16Z6 intake manifold bare with sensors and the connectors without wires placed on the manifold......second there would be a the connectors at the firewall - at the appropriate distances pegged there onto wood....with 3/4-cut washer tubing to simulate the path around the engine bay to reach the firewall. This is more realistic but I need to know exactly how it will work out.
(If anyone wonders why I write in detail - it's because it helps me think things out as I go along.)
Anyways...basically, I think it would take me somewhere between $80 to $130 for the harness to be made.
I am thinking the #2 or #3 option more preferably now as it is a lot more reliable and I don't have to worry about shorts and wire insulation!!! A big plus. And thirdly, I can simply use Honda OEM connector pins bought in bulk packs.
I just need to build one, have it verified or buy a prebuilt, and then produce them. The biggest thing is that anyone can make these, but who will make them and follow through with it...it takes a good deal of consideration, planning, and wiring knowledge on this stuff.
I will be pricing more come this week after I get out of the Vacation Comma........will let everyone know how this looks as I get more involved.
